Do you read or write fanfiction?
Both.
When did you first start reading/writing fanfiction?
Reading: 2003-2004
Writing: 2004
I know, I started young.
What was your first fandom?
Harry Potter.
First ship?
Harry/Hermione
What website do you use most?
Fanfiction.net, livejournal.com
What do you think of Fanfiction.net?
It's awesome
What fandoms have you written in?
HP, LOTR (much to my shame), Sweeney Todd, Fight Club, My Chemical Romance, Fusionfall...I know there's more, but I'm forgetting. However, most of these fics were never published and exist in a huge folder on my computer...
Pairings?
Sweenett, Marla/Tyler, Jack/Tyler, Frank/Gerard, Lyn-z/Gerard (why yes, I ship him with his wife...I think they make an adorable couple), Mikey/Frank, Dexter/Candy (my OC)
Any fandoms you would like to write in?
I can't really think of any.
Do reviews affect how you write in any way?
When I get a "bad" review, I use what they said to make my story better and improve on what they found lacking.
Do you use a beta?
No, I do it myself. I'm very good at spelling/grammar and sentence structure, so I don't really feel one is necessary.
What ratings do you read/write?
All.
What warnings have you used on your fiction/read?
Mature content, extreme anachronisms, randomness, could potentially be insulting.
Do you have any squicks?
Rape fic is gross.
Do you Role-play online? If so, what?
N/A
Have you ever stolen something from another person's work?
No. Whenever I use a line from a book or something, I always give credit in the disclaimers.
Favorite fandom to write/read?
Sweeney Todd. The people in there are so nice, and a lot of really great fic has come out of it. I remember reading one where Sweeney came to America and met Lizzie Borden...yes, THAT Lizzie Borden. It was seriously badass, because I'm a history nerd.
Favorite pairing?
DON'T MAKE ME CHOOSE.
Favorite writer/writers?
I don't follow one writer exclusively.
How long should a chapter be?
More than 1000 words.
Do you write/read drabbles?
Yep. I write drabble-y poems on occasion.
Any fandoms you avoid?
Twilight because the fangirls are BATSHIT INSANE.
Pairings you avoid?
Waycest is not cool. At all.
Warnings you avoid?
Um, tentacle rape?
Do the number of reviews tell how good a story is?
No, the spelling/grammar tells how good it is for me. If it's incorrect, then i can't concentrate.
What do you think of Mary Sues?
I think that there is a difference between a Mary Sue and an original female character, and people need to learn it. Too often I've seen stories with a well-developed, fully rounded OFC labelled as Mary Sue simply because the character is female and her love interest happens to be the lead character. Besides, fanfiction is supposed to be a place for fun...
Have you ever flamed someone?
No.
Have you ever been flamed?
Yes, but that was when I was ten, thought I was cool for posting a bunch of random crap, and didn't know how to format paragraphs correctly.
That's it, aren't you glad?
YAY!

IT MAKES ME WANT TO SKIP WITH GLEE.
But I can't because I can't download it off iTunes and I can't find it anywhere else so I must sit here and listen to it on my computer. With headphones since my speakers don't work. Wheeee.

They're are so many things in life we take for granted, if we were just to step back a little, we'd see that maybe the world isn't so great, but parts of it are pretty darn awesome.~
